Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to your use of LoomAPI and any related services provided by Infinity Domain Solutions Ltd. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Breach may result in suspension or termination of your access and may be a breach of our Terms of Service.

Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Facilitate or promote illegal activity, fraud, or abuse
• Distribute or facilitate access to illegal content (including but not limited to content that is illegal in the UK or in the jurisdiction where you or your users are located)
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or billing mechanisms (e.g. by using multiple accounts to evade limits or avoid payment)
• Conduct security testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning against our systems or networks without our prior written permission
• Use high-volume automated requests (e.g. scraping or crawling) in a manner that overloads or disrupts the Service
• Attempt credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or other unauthorised access against the Service or any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service except to the extent permitted by applicable law
• Use the Service to verify users under false pretenses or in a way that misrepresents the purpose of verification
• Share API keys or credentials with unauthorised parties or expose them in public repositories or client-side code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or availability of the Service or any other user's use of the Service

Security and Authorised Testing

If you wish to conduct authorised security testing (e.g. as part of a bug bounty or penetration test), you must contact us first at founder@loomapi.com to obtain permission and agree to any scope and rules we set. Unauthorised testing may be treated as a breach of this AUP and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Enforcement

We may monitor use of the Service to detect and prevent abuse. If we believe you have breached this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate. We may also report illegal activity to law enforcement. We are not obliged to monitor the Service and do not do so in a way that would make us liable for your conduct; enforcement is at our discretion.
